Is it possible to insert a hyperlink into the field name?

My reason for this question is i have a checkbox and a disclaimer statement regarding whether they read the "terms and conditions". I would like to have the word terms and conditions as a hyperlink to another page for them to read.

Thank you in advance for any help!

You can use html in field's name. See page Help!

For example:

I accerpt rules (<a href="http://link-to-rules">read</a>)

Hi Thanks for this question and answer. I have no problem with HTML and added Text Only Fieldset (This field indicated that HTML is ok). I added the HTML for TOS and a link to the TOS.

All I am getting is a empty block and next to it New Field.

I tried it a few times and could not fix this.

Thanks in advance for the great product and support.

Johan

I am having a similar problem -- I've put an <a href> in the field name.  The text appears with the styling of a URL…but clicking does not take me anywhere.

I'd like to do the same thing. Or similar.

I would like the emailed form to contain a link back to the page it was sent from.

I've tried {Permalink} and {Page} in a hidden field, however some email clients don't automatically make this clickable.

So I've tried Click Here.

The text appears as a link, however it doesn't link to the page.

Any suggestions? Thanks.
