Is it possible to insert a hyperlink into the field name?
My reason for this question is i have a checkbox and a disclaimer statement regarding whether they read the "terms and conditions". I would like to have the word terms and conditions as a hyperlink to another page for them to read.
Thank you in advance for any help!

You can use html in field's name. See page Help!
For example:
I accerpt rules (<a href="http://link-to-rules">read</a>)

Hi Thanks for this question and answer. I have no problem with HTML and added Text Only Fieldset (This field indicated that HTML is ok). I added the HTML for TOS and a link to the TOS.
All I am getting is a empty block and next to it New Field.
I tried it a few times and could not fix this.
Thanks in advance for the great product and support.

I am having a similar problem — I've put an <a href> in the field name. The text appears with the styling of a URL…but clicking does not take me anywhere.
