...but it also returns a 404 not found (or 403) which is nonsense. again only your web hoster can shed some light on this, unless you have access to the log file yourself and can help track down what happens...

Thanks m8 for explaining it all and listening me carefully.

I post a ticket to my host, explain everything, and got a respons :

I have made some changes and it should be working fine after 3 hours for the changes to take into effect.

So will see in 3 hours right : )

I appreciate everything you done for making cforms and helping people here. You should be proud. ;)

Issue solved.

He said one of the followings might not let it work;

Mysql database is v4 and latin1 coded.

Wordpress 2.3.1 might be a problem.

So i create a new database with sql 5 and utf8 charset, and installed WP 2.3.3.

Now its working gr8.

Wow. Thank you for staying on top of things and getting it resolved!!

It was probably a combination of all 3, because neither MySQL nor the charset should play a role in this part of the code...

Again, thank you - hopefully the other 2 users who had the same issue read this.

having the same problem with the latest version, I'm getting a 404 for no reason (firebug), but I doubt I'll be able to change anything about the configuration. You mentioned above that it's possible to adjust the form without the ajax wizard. I'm looking at the plugin and I'm overwhelmed with the functionality - could you help me out and tell me where I can set the options manually? Thanks for the help and this wonderful plugin!

yms

yms,

Can't you contact your web hoster and report to them, it had helped the other user!

Other than that you can enter the config strings directly into the field labels, per the instructions on the HELP page.

Also, you can try out the preset form configs available in the drop down box, there are plenty to start with and that will be a guide jump-start.

I am having the same hangup as others but it didn't start until I installed subscribe2.  I never fully completed a form to publish and installed subscribe2 and it hangs now.  I've deactivated both, deleted and reactivated justs cforms and it still hangs now.

I haven't contacted my host yet.  Any insight?  I do not understand what to send from Firebug or how to use it for that matter.  Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks.

Matt
