Okay,

 I swear I looked all over the forums, read the help files but I'm still stumped on the most basic of problems.  I can't figure out how to even insert the form on my "contact" page of my WP blog.  How do you go about doing this simple step?  I saw where you're supposed to enter "<!--cforms-->" but I don't think that's going to work much.  

So could someone walk me through what you are supposed to do for just adding a form to a page in WP?  thanks!
