Please replace the ??? with your data!
Hi:
I just start with another hosting. Then I download WP 2.5.1 and install it, and another 14 plug-ins. In my preview hosting I do not have problem and cforms II appears just near plugins opciont in the menu. But now, in any place I found cforms option. What I do wrong?
Sorry my grammar

yes, but in the previus hosting i use IIS too and in my PC the same, ISS........ in this case is very extrange because cforms appears in the widget section but only in this, not in the top menu.......
any idea what i do wrong? is a clean installation, not a migration from previus version of wp or cforms
sorry my grammar

I'm unsure if I have the exact same problem as the inital poster, but I installed cf forms (version from June 10'08), and it shows up in my plugin directory in my ftp window. So I know I have it in the right place.
But then I go to activate it, and it doesn't show up in my list of plugins! My site is http:www.raisingspaces.com and I'm running a number of other plugins - don't know which ones are incompatible. I'm on WP 2.5.1.
I just activated the wp-table because another forum said that it helped to install the table plugin before the forms plugin. Any ideas??

there can be different reason why the cforms menu doesn't show up.
- conflicts with other plugins
- other admin UI managing plugins not considering cforms
- admin rights not properly set during plugin activation
- cforms menu is not inserted because the web server is not delivering a properly defined $_SERVER array
I'll send you two an email...

I'm having the same issue. Installed the plugin, I can add it in widgets, but I can't see it in main menu. I also have Advanced Excerpts (sparepencil.com/code/advanced-excerpt/) installed, but deactivating it doesn't seem to help. I installed/activated the the plugin under the default admin account with full privileges. I'm using the sandbox theme (plaintxt.org/themes/sandbox/). Could that be the problem? How do I know if I have a $_SERVER array problem?

Go to WP.org, the cforms plugin page -> other versions and try the new v8.5.2 - I'm in the process of releasing it, but give it a try and let me know if this fixes your issues.

Yep, 8.5.2 shows up in the main admin menu. Is this version safe/stable to run?
