I have been having trouble with a form I am using at this site: http://birthday.emile-hirsch.org.  I have taken the form down from the main site, but I have kept this page so that people can see what I mean: http://birthday.emile-hirsch.org/?page_id=40 (I am not so concerned about the issues with the layout, rather the form itself).

I am not getting any forms that people fill out for me, and when they try to send it they get the message that: Duplicate comment detected; it looks as though you've already said that!

I had a lot of trouble with the design of the form, and ended up making all of the text boxes "text areas," and not a single line.  Would this be the problem?

This is fairly vague, so please let me know if I can clear up any information or anything.  I would appreciate your help.  Thanks!

for a normal contact page you need to turn off the "WP comment form feature".
