I dont know when it started doing this, it was either this recent upgrade or the one before but when i get my emails now all i see is html code, i have to dig through it to find the "goods"
Its not my client, i can read html emails fine, most emails i get are html but why do i get nothing but code from cforms now? For instance emails look like this.
This is a multi-part message in MIME format. ——MIME_BOUNDRY_main_message Content-Type: multipart/alternative; boundary="—-MIME_BOUNDRY_sub_message"
——MIME_BOUNDRY_sub_message Content-Type: text/plain; charset="UTF-8" Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable
A new submission (form: \\"Feedback Page\\") ============================================ Submitted on: March 4, 2009 Via: /contact/
There is more but i dont want you to see personal stuff, but also there are 2 files attached now: ATT00014.txt and ATT00017.html
This never happened before either.
Help please and thanks in advanced.

Does this also happen with a new (default) form?
You may want to check your TEXT & HTML parts of the admin email message, perhaps for testing turn off HTML.
10.4 will be out soon, which also fixes a few things in that area, however none should have caused your issues.

Same problem here with upgrade to 10.4. Admin e-mails are not looking the same. I've tried turning HTML on and off in the admin email settings. Accented characters start working, so HTML is on, but the styling is not as nice as the old one (the results are after each other, no link to the page where the form is, etc.)
Reverted to version 10.2. Everything working as usual again.

Very odd that the RFC compliant email format now breaks your layout.
Since these two cases seem the only ones, I'm inclined to think it's your setup.
Can you add me (temporarily) as BCC to one of your forms and send a test form, so I can take a look myself?

i also get the same problem when upgrading to 10.4 from 10.1, the below is included in the emails sent to the visitor and admin;
Content-Type: multipart/alternative; boundary="—-MIME_BOUNDRY_main_message"
This is a multi-part message in MIME format.
——MIME_BOUNDRY_main_message
Content-Type: text/plain; charset="UTF-8"
Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable

Hi!
I agree with Oliver, not seeing the full email & the broken parts in context makes troubleshooting difficult.
While it works fine for me, I have a feeling though that it may be due to the quotes around the boundary settings.
In lib_ajax.php and lib_nonajax.php, try replacing this
boundary="—-MIME_BOUNDRY_main_message"
with this
boundary=—-MIME_BOUNDRY_main_message

i tried the above advice and took out the quote marks;
In lib_ajax.php and lib_nonajax.php, try replacing this
boundary="—-MIME_BOUNDRY_main_message"
with this
boundary=—-MIME_BOUNDRY_main_message
unfortunately it didnt work, problem is still there.

Looks like I'm having the same problem, now:
Content-Type: multipart/alternative; boundary="—-MIME_BOUNDRY_main_message"
This is a multi-part message in MIME format.
——MIME_BOUNDRY_main_message
Content-Type: text/plain; charset="UTF-8"
Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable
How's the progress on a fix coming along?

If I could just get anyone with the 'same problem' to respond to my emails, it'd be a start…so either the users in this thread are using fake emails or are not interested in aiding the troubleshooting process.

Greetings,
I am having the same problem with the emails not being received in proper HTML format, but with a lot of scripting instead.
I've updated with the most recent patch (downloaded at about 2:30am pacific time, about 18 minutes ago) and my form seems to be continuing to send odd forms.
I'm happy to add you to my form list to send a test to you. I'll do that in a minute.
I am using Outlook 2007 to read my mail.
