cforms seems to be a plugin with a very wide range of settings. However never on the wordpress extent page, nor on this site is there anything that describes howto add the form to the website. (I gave up after searching the web for half an hour)

Could someone please supply me with the information and the resoponsible person(s) add the required information on the neceassary sides

not sure why you'd want to search on the 'wordpress extent page' , I don't even know what that is.

if you gave up after half an hour it shows two things:

  1. you clearly looked in the wrong area
  2. you're not very persistent

I usually recommend users with your profile (no offense here) to get in touch with web developers, that how they make their living.

But you could also starting getting acquainted with the principles of Wordpress and how plugins typically operate that allow to include data in a post/page (via TinyMCE). Or the easiest: read the help page that comes with cforms.

You mean you dont know 'http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/cforms/' ? That is how Plugins are distributed with Wordpress. And it should also contain the most basic usage example or a direct link – which it does not.

I now found the help page. But since no other plugin provides such, I would have never started to look after such a 'help-page'

TinyMCE does not provide any button, not the QuickTags Buttons.
