How to restore forms from database backup

I took a site live that I had been working on thru the backend (ip address URL) so went into the database and updated the IP to the live URL in the wp-options table.  The site went live, all was fine but the forms weren't appearing.  (Form names were the same).  Went into CForms panel to update, found an error message, told CForms to "fix" it, and it reset (I did not say reset!) my forms are gone.

Can the forms be restored from my database backup?

Possibly, but it for sure can be restored from the cforms global-settings backup.
