Guys, you've done a great plugin and so – it has to be provided with clear help – understandable for both – noobs and pro's. My experience with WP is pretty advanced but the deeper i dig into "help" – the less i understand. And "examples" look strange. My need was to make cform to take a name of current page – and i'm stuck in the help and samples. Pardon please.

Most of the more cryptic field examples in the help stem from a time where cforms didn't have a GUI to enter field definitions.

Check the custom and system variable section in the Help, eg. {REFERRER} etc.
