Sorry for my English but I am Spanish.
I have a problem with the language.
I installo correctly cformsII.
Cforms plug in the folder plugins
And file "cforms-es_ES.mo" in plugins
But to activate cforms I get the English language by default.

No worries, my Spanish is much worse than your English ;-)
Is your Wordpress running fully localized, in Spanish (admin menus etc.)?
Have you checked your wp-config.php if the language has been set to "es_ES" ?

Well, then it should work. Do your other plugins work fine with the Spanish language files?
You may also want to try Samuel, the author of the Spanish localization.

Hello!
Be sure to put the cforms-es_ES.mo file in /wp-content/plugins/ NOT in /wp-content/plugins/cforms
I guess that maybe that is the problem.

I install contactforms folder, cforms folder and cforms-es_ES.mo file in the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
And not work.
Yo instalo las carpteas contactforms, cforms y el archivo cforms-es_ES.mo en la ruta /wp-content/plugins/ y no funciona.
No se que más puedo hacer.

La instalación del plugin no es correcta. Repasa las instrucciones de instalación porque te sobra la carpeta contactforms.

Not sure if Samuel pointed it out already above, but there should only be one /cforms/ folder in your WP plugin directory. The localization goes into the WP /plugins/ folder as well (same level as /cforms/).
There is no additional /contactforms/ folder anymore with cforms v8.1+ !
