So I've been using cforms for a while, but my biggest issue is that the "reply-to" doesn't seem to work correctly when checking my POP3 through gmail. 

For whatever reason, when I click "reply" the response always goes back to myself instead of to the user who submitted the form.

It's irritating enough that it makes me want to throw the script out and find another one.

Has anyone else had this issue? Is it because Gmail is checking a POP3 instead of the messages going straight to Gmail?

If there isn't a fix for it directly, can someone point me to someplace in the plugin code where I can change it so the user's email is used for the "To:" field instead of mine?

Wow. Just wow. 

I'm really disappointed in that response to a legitimate question – especially from an admin. I would have thought the community here would have been much cooler than that.

I'm sure this thread will wind up being deleted, because after a response like "Use a proper email client or search the forum", that just makes sense. So I won't be surprised.

But as you do:

1. GMail may not be YOUR choice for an email client, but that doesn't change the fact that many people out there do use it, and LIKE using it. The suggestion that a user of this plugin should switch their entire email client for compatibility with a PHP script is ridiculous. Especially when a line-change in the PHP code could solve the issue. That's like somebody saying that they don't like their PC desktop background and me saying "well, you should be using a REAL computer instead, switch to a MAC, duh."

2. I would have used the search, if it was working for me.  I have visited this site 3 separate occasions during the past week prior to posting this question and the search has timed out on me. I even spent about 20 minutes of time MANUALLY combing through the forums here to see if I could find a relevant thread.

I think that more than more than meets my burden for not being an idiot.

Thanks again for your curteous and helpful response. It's always awesome to meet other folks in the Wordpress community who are just cool like that.

Actually if you add {email field name} to the sender email field it works like a charm, I would edit my above post but I have not registered yet.
