it is wonderful that you posted the links to get translations for cforms
the german one has me a bit annoyed however
- currently it downloads as a txt file not an mo
- there are no real instructions regarding placement and renaming
- how does cforms know which mo to use?
- perhaps you could put this sort of info on your main page?

Check out the Language-Support.txt in the cforms zip file (top level).
Also, if you're new to WP localization (theme & plugins), check out
the great WP documentation on wordpress.org with plenty of information
on how to manage a localized environment.
If you follow the link to the authors website, the translation file
does download as a mo file – not sure why you get a txt file.
