Is it possible to create a form that updates a post within the website itself?

A brief overview of how to go about doing this would be appreciated. I could create a new mySQL table. and have the form fill that out, and have that displayed in the post ?

The form would also then contain the data that is currently in the mySQL table…

Is this possible? A link to a tutorial or something like that would be appreciated, Thank-you!

there is no tutorial yet, so feel free to write one.

since the cforms data is tracked anyway, there is no need to add another table to your DB, simple use the cforms one.

i guess you'd have to setup a new page template with proper SQL data access routines to pull the cforms data into that page. see cforms-database.php for how I access the cforms tables (and search this forum as this has come up before) and cforms-global-settings.php for the table structures.
