What i have to write in FROM: email adress???

 I type all combinatiosns, i type "MyName" <wordpress@>, wordpress@, xx@yy.zz ,"abc" <xx@yy.zz>…

 

 I am not english and you possibly cant understand me, i speak spanish.

I knew this was going to happen as soon as I make this option available again :-)

The usually correct way would be:
"MyName" <email@domain.com>
However every mail server is configured slightly differently, you may also try just:
email@domain.com

Also, make sure that the mail server knows about email@domain.com otherwise it may not relay any emails with the FROM: address.
