I inserted the form into the following page

http://chanlegacy.com/order-photos

I know to look at the code view but I still can't get the form to appear on a page or a post.  Followed the instructions carefully and am using 2.2.2

Is bonita = duder?

Looking at http://chanlegacy.com/order-photos tells me either of two things:

  1. your theme header.php file doesn't have a wp_head(); command [I can't see the cforms HEAD tags]
  2. or the plugin is not running [which could be the reason for not showing up]

Have you tried using the cforms button to insert the form in TinyMCE editer mode? Do you see the cforms image (placeholder) in the post?

hey again. thanks for the quick reply.  (duder is not bonita btw).  I did use the button in the rich editor mode and I do see the place holder.  Still dont see the form in the post though. I also checked and there is the wp_head in the header.php.  I'm using the Akon theme.  At a loss here…

What's your URL?

Do you run a lot of other plugins?

What happens when you turn them all off and back on one by one…?
