Hello,
I have a self-hosted domain (www.groundworkopportunities.org) with my email hosted by Google Apps. When I installed cforms II I had info@groundworkopportunities.org as my FROM email and kyle@… as my admin email. None of these accounts were receiving mail. But if I submitted an email address into the form that was outside my domain (Yahoo or Gmail), I could receive the auto-confirmation message fine. I determined that the problem was that my domain was trying to deliver these messages locally instead of allowing Google Apps to retrieve them. When I fixed this (by deleting the duplicate email accounts on mydomain), I started getting a "500 Internal Server Error" in http://blog.groundworkopportunities.org/wp-content/plugins/cforms/lib_ajax.php
I thought this error might be because I didn't have any email accounts left on mydomain from which to run phpmailer (as they are all on Google's servers). But I created a mail account to send from and I still get the same error. Then I thought it might be because I am trying to run phpmailer from a subdomain (blog.groundworkopportunities.org), but I was told this didn't matter.
I have no idea what is causing this error. Is it something to do with Google Apps hosting my emails? Is it something else? Please help.
Thank you.
