Please replace the ??? with your data!
Alright, this is pretty odd. I activated CForms, filled out the info for the default form, saved it. Went to Manage a page to add the Form code in it, did so, went back to CForms and I see a message across the top:
"Form settings updated."
and all of my settings have been erased. It's like it starts with a fresh form everytime I navigate to the CForms tab. I can't save any forms I create. I tried creating a new one, modified it, then went to the global settings page, went back and my form was gone again. This is pretty frustrating! I love this plugin, but I just can't get it to save anything!

That's indeed quite odd. Do you get no error msg (Firebug?) when updating at all?
After updating your settings and being on the same page, are your changes reflected?
I've seen cases where 'saving settings' would cause a 403 error and fixing the .htaccess file solved it ("mod_security").
Do you have any other plugins that possibly interfere?

Hi,
I've the same issue, how can I fix it ?
Even if I add in my .htaccess:
<IfModule mod_security.c>
SecFilterEngine Off
SecFilterScanPOST Off
</IfModule>
When i click on Form settings i've the message : "Form settings updated." when launching the page.
All my data in the form are erased, yesterday the forms were working properly with no problems, since yesterday nothing has been changed, no more plugins add or updated, nothings !
Do you think something could have been change by the website host provider ?
I'll appreciate any help you can provide to me !
Thanks for your help !

Ditto for me as well. I create a form – TEST 1 – and update settings. Then I duplicate the form, rename it – TEST 2 – then update settings. Everything's fine till I choose TEST 1 from the Navigate to … menu. TEST 1 loads but it now named TEST 2. This leaves me with two TEST 2 forms. And, if I navigate away from the editor, go to a post or something, and return the Navigate to … list is empty.
I have uninstalled the plugin and reinstalled it making sure that it is in the right place. I've also removed other plugins with no luck. I am using WPML on the site but I don't see where that should cause any conflict.
Any help is greatly appreciated. :)

I have the same issue too ! I tried to reinstall Cforms but nothing changed. All my data continue to be erased.
My WordPress version is 3.3.1, my theme is Envision and my plugins are Akismet, All in one SEO Pack, Google Analytics for Wordpress, Google XML Sitemaps, Jetpack Lite, Search Regex and W3 Total Cache.
