Form Settings - Edit Forms does not display fields
When I click form settings, the form name is displayed but no fields. Also unable to expand/collapse options.

I use 4.3.2 Wordpress.

Everything was working, I could edit fields, I created a form etc..

Now I am unable to expand/collapse the options, and am not able to add/edit fields on existing or new forms.

It seems to be an incompatability with "Erident Custom Login and Dashboard"

If I deactivate the above add-in, I can edit forms as needed.
