I also have this problem. I am familiar with the plug in and have used it on a couple of sites. I upgraded to v14.5 and running on WP 3.4.1 but when I add the insert code '<?php insert_cform(1); ?>' to my page nothing shows up.

OK I got this working. Help is confusing with how you recomend to insert a form.
Help says used '<?php insert_cform(#); ?>'
that doesnt work (yes I changed # for the form number).
but when I used:
<!–cforms name="name_of_form"–>
it worked.
you may want to make that more obvious in the help notes.

I too am using V14.5 of cforms which I recently upgraded too. I have used cforms up to V12 at least 20 times. When clicking duplicate form, I give it a new name, save it, click the cforms icon on wordpress edit page, select the right form name to insert… and every time the new duplicated form shows up… at least in other versions. I used the same process in v14.5… nothing. No form shows up at all. Help! Bug? Something has to be disabled or enabled for it to work?
