Hello everyone, i created form, added this form on page, and in page form doesn't showed.

Only in source pages in html i've seen
and that's all

Same issue – Everything looks like it ought to work. There is a definite space on the page. the small text formbuilder by delicious days DOES show, but nothing on the rest of the form

made sure that the "hide after successful submission" was not checked

tried isolating pieces of the form in firebug and changing attributes to see if I could get the color to show – nada

resaved forms – added letters and saved again

I have used cforms in other sites with same widgets / plugins / theme, but for some reason here the form simply will not show up.

deleted and reinstalled so that all of the settings would be redone.

Threw it all out and tried formbuilder, same problem
