Form not sending

Hi.

I have completed the form fields, styling etc and tested the error messages which all work fine.

When i complete the form and click submit, the form does not submit or do anything…

Please advise what i can check to see why it is not working.

I am having the same problem.  When I click submit, it says "One moment please…" but then the form resets and nothing is sent.  Please help with this.
