Form doesn't work when inserted on homepage.

Hi there. I have a website on a test environment.

Steps to re-produce my problem: Create a simple page, set it as static homepage and insert a form on it. No matter what kind of form.

It only displays commented code, which doesn't even get visible. If I unset the page from static homepage settings, form works again.

Read all faqs, searched whole forum, but nothing like this one. Seems like it's a bug.
