There seems to be an error when sending the email.

Who is your hosting provider? Recently, "goDaddy" caused many users headaches due to limitations concerning PHP's mail() functionality.

If the defaul PHP mail() isn't working (and it appears so) you want to enable and configure the SMTP settings as an alternative way to send emails.

We're using BlueHost.

I just tried using SMTP and it just lags.

Any other ideas? Thanks so much.

I just talked with my host and the php mail module is standard with the servers…

I am going to try putting in the gmail smtp server info in the meantime.

Any Other ideas?

Thanks!

I just tried and the initial mail error seems to have gone, it did responde with the success msg. Did you get the email?

Perhaps try a different admin email address.

Looks like it's working fine with gmail's smtp.

Is there a way to hide the gmail email in the email that gets sent?

Thanks!

If you're talking about the reply-to address in the auto confirmation, no I'm afraid not. You could add a 'name' part to the email, to make it less obvious, e.g.

"my blog"

most email clients would default to only show my blog, instead of the full email address, but of course that's a quite poor attempt to "hide" it. :-)

PS: changing  you cforms CSS (cforms.css (line 6)):

.cform {
margin:10px auto 0pt !important;
width:410px;
}

will fix your slight layout issue and move the form to the left.

When sending the emails have success, more data does not appear in my inbox, the only evidence I have received the message

Per my email, fixing your forms' email input field by flagging it with the email icon should help. I submitted a few test and it seems to work ok – except an SMTP error message, which I think had to do with my test email address.
