Flash header gone?

Hi,

 I installed your form plugin and I gotta say that it is superb. The only problem I am having though is that the header on my site ( a flash header ) is now just a black block on the contact page???

The header display well for me in FF on all pages, however, there seems to be a general issue with IE, since your flash header is actually not shown on any page (using IE6).
