I am also struggling with my file upload settings. I have the same message as Jon Luciano:

Warning: move_uploaded_file(../wp-content/uploads/noid-backg.png) [function.move-uploaded-file]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/content/t/a/b/taboracctg/html/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/cforms/lib_aux.php on line 274

Warning: move_uploaded_file() [function.move-uploaded-file]: Unable to move '/tmp/phpP61eQT' to '../wp-content/uploads/noid-backg.png' in /home/content/t/a/b/taboracctg/html/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/cforms/lib_aux.php on line 274

I have tried: wp-content/uploads, ../wp-content/uploads, and my default settings: /home/content/t/a/b/taboracctg/html/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/cforms/ to no avail.

I would really like to get this fixed, I don't want to give up on this plugin!
