_When users, and myself, try to upload content via my form we are presented with; "File is empty. Please upload something more substantial."
Hopefully someone can offer some help on this matter.

does it happen also if your form has only 1 upload field?
have you checked all upload field settings on your main form config page?
I want to report that there seems to be a bug in Cforms where if you have 2 upload fields on a form, and you set one to required and the other to optional, that it automatically requires that all upload fields be filled in, or it throws back the error "File is empty. Please upload something more substantial". Also want to note that I found this to happen on a multi-page form. So the form would not move forward if both upload fields were not filled in if one is required and the other is optional. It would be great if a fix could be added to the next plugin update. Thanks.
I have found this to occur in a single form with two upload fields both marked as required. Actually worked around this by marking one of the upload fields as optional.
