Dear Oliver

Can I attach a file with the auto confirmation mail. I have not updated to the latest version and pardon me if it has been made possible in it. The same query has been asked in this post . Here . Also, can you guide me to to some examples of html coded auto confirmation mails. Really appreciate your work.

Auto confirmation attachments are on the roadmap for v10.4.

Also, can you guide me to to some examples of html coded auto confirmation mails.

User typically don't share their work, but it is really easy.

  • simply use your HTML editor of choice and create a "message template"
  • then identify and insert form field references ("custom variables") into your template, e.g. {Your Name}, {Email} etc.

Hi Oliver, I love this plugin – I'm using v13.0 now!  I've been able to do so many things with it!  The one thing I can't seem to do is include any uploaded files in the Auto Confirmation email.  I would really like to be able to do this.  I see that I can select a single file to include in the email, but I want to be able to include whatever files were uploaded.  How can I do this?

I would also like to add an attachment to the auto confirmation email but it never seems to work out.  Every time I upload the file I get

Can't find the specified Attachment (/home6/vfgteamc/public_html/wp-content/plugins/cforms/Is-Keeping-Your-401k-Costing-You-Your-Retirement.pdf)! Please verify the server path!

I've tried to use scores of different file paths but I can't seem to get it right.  I've uploaded the file to the cforms – attacehments folder, uploaded directly to WP and used the url etc.  no matter what variation I use I always get the same result.

Some help here would be greatly appreciated.

I'll look into that. But it's the first time I'm hearing that it may be broken.

Please ensure that the PHP/WEB server has full access to that path/file (permissions) and there is extra space etc.
