_I have this issue with the second field in my form acting as a button. If i type my name in the top field and then click thje 2nd field it uses the %Your Name% value and places it in the URL and obviously the page doesn't exist. Firstly i have no clue why the field is acting as a button for this and have tried numerous things to try and rectify.

Please help..!
