It appears that your cforms_setting entry in wp_options has been corrupted. Try removing this entry by hand and reactivate the plugin.

Yeah I did and it works perfectly now. Thank you once again.

I have just come across the exact same problem. I have checked line 12 and it is the same as above.

Could you explain how I do this please?
Thanks in advance.

First, I'd love to understand how you ended up with this error. It seems that some action/migration/server setting etc could lead to this and I'd like to remedy it.
To fix it:
You need to have SQL access to your WP database, usually via your web hosters front end or a WP plugin (PHPMyAdmin), search for the cforms_... entry in wp_options and delete it.
PS: in v9.2 I'll add some code to take of it automatically...

I am having the same problem. Deleted plugin and reinstalled and still get message
Fatal error : Cannot use string offset as an array in /home3/parallf1/public_html/wp-content/plugins/cforms/lib_aux.php on line 12
I also tested then uploaded.
Anything else I can do?

I deleted cforms settings and then reinstalled and it seems to have fixed the problem.

Ok, but v9.2 should have noticed this and should've offered a different menu page (with an option to fix corrupted settings), did it not?
