When I've got the plugin activated, I get the following error message:

 Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /u/ORCATECH/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/cforms/cforms.php:2513) in/u/ORCATECH/wordpress/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 770

It also causes my more-fields plugin not to work (probably for the same reason). I don't believe this happened with the last version, though we're in the design stages of our website so I could be wrong.

odd, especially because cforms.php only has 1258 lines.

perhaps you need to reinstall cforms.

also, check what happens in line 770.
