[desc]:I have installed cforms, created a contact page, and when I try to add the form to the page I get a popup with the following error:

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or
misconfiguration and was unable to complete
your request.

Please contact the server administrator,
webmaster@thomasswimlessons.net and inform them of the time the error occurred,
and anything you might have done that may have
caused the error.

More information about this error may be available
in the server error log.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found
error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I am having the same problem. I am editing my contact page. When I click the Cform button to insert a form, a javascript window pops up, but I get a 404 error page instead of a form insertion box.

I get a 404 error message.

I checked the directory to make sure the file is actually on the server–it is. I deleted it and reuploaded. Same result: not found.

Tried 777 permissions but still not found. Strange.

I get the exact same error. The file is in the correct place and when I try to access via the url above I get the same error. Any suggestions are welcome.

The same error as described above. I've implemented another solution "Contact Form 7" which provides a simple 'contact me' form which I wanted. Maybe I'll spend troubleshooting time on cforms another time when I need the additional functionality. Thanks.
