[desc]:
My forms do not work anymore. When one fills in the form he/she gets an empty reply. I tried it with AJAX enabled and disabled, with javascript popups. The reply is empty and no emails/confirmations are sent out. These forms have been working perfectly before:

Hi Oliver,
I Disabled all the plugins, and changed the theme to the standard theme. Still the same problem.
Note that all forms were working with current plugins and in the style i choose (red).
What else can be done to make it work again?

@shenouda,
can you try and disable the admin email (core options) altogether (make sure to have DB tracking turned on)? is is working then?
@Khale,
URL?
did customize the default comment form? if so, there is nothing I can help you with, since there's a zillion possiblities to break cforms when changing code.
please also describe in detail what you do and what you expect from cforms.
what does the tracking DB say?

Not sure if this would be the problem with anyone else in this post, but for me the forms weren't submitting, no tracking and no email was being sent. I tracked the issue down to the javascript file cforms.js. If you are using the ajax submit and have switched domain names, or have copied the plugin over from another project, this file will need to be updated for your current url (var sajax_uri).
Hope that helps someone. I thought the problem was much larger than just a JS error, but I'm relieved that's all it is. Great plugin. It's astounding the attention to detail that has been put in to it.

I am afraid you have to look into 2.8.2. Since I installed it, things went weird with Cforms. Before that everything worked with all my forms as a charm.

WP.org is always good for a [negative] surprise, but I doubt that they would introduce something significant enough in a 0.02 release that would break cforms.

Zbrass, I just updated two sites (one being my dev site) and it works just fine. Perhaps something went awry during your upgrade…

I'm having the same problem on 2.8.2 – getting this error in Firebug – hoping it helps:
http://divshare.com/download/l…..096857-b01
It's around js/cforms.js line 26-28ish – it appears as soon as I hit submit, and disappears when the page reloads (the success message div is there, but there's no text, so it's just a blank gray box)
My sajax_uri looked just fine

that doesn't say much, I'd need to see the err in context to your site.

THANK YOU keithnorm. That was my problem with my site. I have changed it from "dev." to the standard domain name and it wasn't working.
I love support forums.
Thanks Oliver for your plug in!
