We are currently using v11.0 under WP2.7. These 2 forms are used once a year to download contributers' show details to our festival. All worked fine spring 2011. Now when I try to download forms as a csv the file is empty. I am using the same cforms and wordpress versions as last year. Only one minor change has been made to one of the forms (an extra field added). The tracking tables are populated ok, the emailer works fine, it's just that the download records function results in an empty csv file (or tab or XML). Any suggestions?

Does it make a difference if you download one (selected) row only or all of them?

PS: you version is pretty ancient by now, perhaps you might want to consider updating. however, note that the recent version(s) in turn  require a higher WP version.

Hi Paul,

Same result either way. I appreciate we are using very old version, but it has worked fine until now. Unfortunately we can't risk updating WP or cforms until this batch of forms is processed!

Problem solved. It was a permissions issue. Althought the ftp user permissions on my hosting account were set correctly, my web user permissions were'nt. The download function of cforms uses the web user not the ftp user and therefore it couldn't write to the formdata .csv file.
