My form has a drop down where people can select a certain person, is it possible that if they select person A that the email cforms sends out will go to person A and if they select person B the email would go to person B?

I'm wondering how to get this to work. I keep seeing the obvious "sounds like multiple recipients" answer and "did you check the FAQ?" – but when I try to set this up as instructed, emails do NOT go out. I'm adding the email addresses as instructed, but when I hit the submit button, ALL emails go ONLY to the admin email address.
Here's what my form looks like:

It seems like just inserting the email address into each choice does NOT send the form to that address. If I add all of the emails to the admins field, then EVERYONE gets EVERY email.
