[desc]: Plugin installed and setup successfully.  I used the php function to display the default form in the sidebar (I needed additional text above the form).  I recieve the email seconds later with correct From, To, and Subject fields.  But the body is all messed up – gibberish, about 50 lines worth – when all that is supposed to be there is "This is a test".  Gibberish starts out as:

LS1iMV83NDczN2FjY2IxMWUxYmQ4MGExMGNmMzcyMTgzZDQ…

I already tried every combination of CRLF settings, as recommended in the FAQs.

FYI: Hosted at Hostmonster.com as a sub-domain.  I saw someone else had a problem with addon domain on this host with an older version of cforms.  I'm not having the same problem, but I would like to use cforms on some of my addon domains.  Has that problem been fixed?  Is this a related issue?

I'm not in touch with Hostmonster, so I can't say if they fixed their stuff.

Might want to try the other suggestions / tips in the FAQ re: email, to narrow down the source of the issue…
