Hi,

first of all thx for the fantastic plugin.

I'm using dynamic forms because i need some advanced customization; i want to higlight (select) a value in a "drop down select box" based on a "get variables".
Is it possible? Are there any examples?

I don't know the syntax to pre-select a value in the drop down.

The easiest way to find out the exact config string for a given input field type and certain (special) settings, is to set it up on the cforms admin page. Then copy & paste the complete string and dissect it.

For the 'drop down select box' it should be |set:trueright after the option, but double-check to be sure.

I tried the |set:true but the option still does not come up as default.  I'm trying to have the default state in a select box show up as "florida".

I copy & pasted the above string into one of my forms and it works 100%. 'Florida' is preseleted, are you ineed running v8.6.2 (the feature was introduced recently)?
