Hi everyone! Sorry for my english and really sorry if this error is already resolved in any part of this forum.Embarassed

I work here with cforms II version 520, WP 2.2.1, Firefox 2.0.0.5, IE 6.0.2900 and Safari which I dont know the version.  Everything works fine but when I try to download the tracking data in CSV version or TXT, it simply does not download in FF or IE. The page only reloads and the file does not appear to download, but it works in Safari.

Safari on MacMini and IE and FF on Windows.

The file download(ed) through Safari appears to be good. I really dont know what is happening. Any help is welcome.

Thanks!

I'm pretty sure it works for IE and FF as well, I just tested on Windows. You might want to check your browsers preferences in terms of CSV / TXT files. Check for auto-download etc.

But the fact that you wrote "page only reloads" could indicate that you might have turned off Javascript in these browsers.

Thanks for the reply Oliver.

I am at home now and tested the download on Opera and FF and it works. I turned off Javascript on both browsers (i think i did it) and it works too.
Tomorrow at work i look the config. of browsers and test something related to javascript and kinds of files that can be downloaded.

Thanks a lot! The cforms II is a incredible amazing plugin.

Well, i try(ed) disabling javascript, creating a new user for FF, restore default settings in IE, deleting cache and looked for kinds of files not downloadables.

Well, every other place works with except of my computer here at work. I will wait for the client to test it (of course will work) and if anything occurs, i will start drinking liters of coffee.

Thanks Oliver, have a nice weekend!
