2 Questions:

  1. So I have one form with 5 sections as divided by Text Only – no input.  However, these do not show up in the email.  How can I get these to show up?
  2. Once I submit the form, the form reloads blank, but at the bottom of the page and the user doesn't see the message unless they scroll up.  Is there a way to, without re-directing to another page, load JUST the success message or at least have the page reload at the top of the page so the message is visible?

A URL always helps!

re 1:

"text-only fields" will always only show up online. you can use fieldsets or alternatively hidden fields to insert messages.

re 2:

version 10.3 will allow you to add a "redirection target" on the same page, essentially pointing to a certain anchor, e.g. #top-of-page

Sorry! I didn't see how a URL would help since the questions were just general ones.  Here is one of the forms though: http://tinyurl.com/cw8exq

#1 – That works, thanks!

#2 – I added the top of page anchor for redirect, but after the form submits (and I do get the results in email), it goes to the top of the page, but it displays the waiting message and the form fields are still populated with what I put in.  Any ideas?

One other question, if you don't mind.  Is there any way I can have these form results sent in a CSV file?

No worries, but there are rarely general questions, in 99% of the cases an issue is related to a specific setup, configuration, environment, browser etc. Unless it is a bug of course.

Looks odd, could be a configuration issue or a result of your code changes.

One other question, if you don't mind.  Is there any way I can have these form results sent in a CSV file?

You can only download tracked submissions in CSV.

Or you can create your own message template, but then it would be inline and not attched as a file.
