Hi there, using WP2.7, Cforms II v10.2, http://www.wattsdigital.com/bl…..age_id=207

I use Cforms for Webinar signups…I want to clean up the number of forms that I have as they are signups from previous dates – - Currently, I have 28 forms, all duplicated from the same template…

As soon as I start to delete a form, my Tracking Form Data becomes scrambled, with the wrong date for the wrong person…  I am able to bring everything back to the previous state be restoring my "all-cforms-setting.txt" file …

What am i doing wrong?  Do i just need to live with the fact that there are dozens of forms, most of them useless?

I hope I am explaing this well – - Thanks in advance for your help..

Hey John, perfectly well explained. ;-)
Problem is, that the tracking feature collect data at a certain time, for a certain form (ID/name).
Now when you leave your tracking data in place and only remove / change your forms, the tracked form fields can't correlate to your original form, hence the mess up.
Storing that info in the DB as well would be complete overkill, escpecially for users with thousands of entries.
Recommendation: download / export all tracked forms and start with a new tracking DB.

Thanks, Paul!  Worked great!  It took about 15 minutes to clear everything out (making sure to back up everything first, just in case) …

Everything is OK with the world now…
