Hello.  Great Plugin!

How would one call User information and have it entered as default values in the form?

What I would like to do is when a user is logged in, their information is pre-populated in some of the fields.  Eg. First Name, Last Name, etc…

I've tried putting the information I need into a $value, but I'm not sure how I would insert it using your form, as anything I place in the default value field just displays as text.

Take a look at the dynamic form feature (Help section), this will allow you to generate forms on the fly and thus define what goes into the form (label, default values etc) at runtime.
