Datepicker doubling the year

When using the datepicker, it is doubling up the year (ex: 1/24/20132013).  I've poked around and can't seem to find anyone with a similar issue or a place to fiddle with datepicker settings…  Any thoughts on how can I rectify this?  Thanks in advance.

Check General Settings and use "y" if you want the year with 2 digits and yy if you want it with 4 digits.

If you set it to "yyyy" you´ll get the year two times.
