Page with issue: http://themartinirep…..ervations/
Error: Object #<Object> has no method 'datePicker'
Date-picker js is enabled in the global settings. I have also disabled all plugins except cforms, but still no luck.
cforms works excellent otherwise, including ajax.
using wp 3.2.1
Thanks for any help on this.

can you update to v12.0? this should fix any date-picker issues.

Hi Oliver,
Just updated.. no luck yet. Left all other plugins disabled, just cforms enabled. Same error arises. I'm going to try a clean cforms 12 install and re-import settings anew to see if it makes a difference.
Just as a side noet- I tested Gravity Forms by enabling a Gravity form (which I'm desperately trying to avoid) also featuring a date-picke,r on the same page as the cforms form in question, and the date picker worked on both forms. So there is just some small issue whereby the datepicker js in cforms isn't loaidng.

No luck with a fresh install – also tested prior to re-importing old settings. Made sure to delete all data prior to plugin removal as well.

Hi!
It looks like a lot is going on on your site re: jQuery.
I see at least 2 two different jQuery 1.4.2 instances loaded (WP comes with 1.6.1 and this should be used) and there is also a no (conflict statement) – not sure if any of that interferes.
Try turning off other plugins until you find the culprit or check your own header code (as stated above).
Paul.

Hi,
I've just upgraded to v12 from v11.9. I'm using WP 3.1.3 as my server isn't compatible with WP 3.2/3.2.1.
The datepicker date format is dd/mm/yyyy. With 11.9, the calender would pop up with a heading of "July 2011". But, with v12, the calender pops up with a heading of "01/07/2011". If I change the format to "mmm yyyy", the calender pops up with a heading of "July 2011" but I can't select any dates.
Is v12 only suitable for WP 3.2 and above? Should I go back to 11.9?

Thanks
Chris

The heading now shows the chosen/expected format. "mmm" is not supported, as the calendar would not no how to translate "July" into "07" necessarily, let alone for other languages.
Not selectable dates (in red) are a consequence from a date range already selected, eg. a whole month.
We'll see if we can change the heading to not reflect your date format, but to show "mmm YYYY" for better readability.
Paul.

Hi Paul
Thanks for the very speedy response.
I upgraded to 12.1, but the datepicker popup didn't appear at all, so I've gone back to v12 for now.
Cheers
Chris

Odd, I've personally checked v12.1 and the icon appears fine, with the proper cal heading.
Could it be that you didn't clear the browser cache before testing, and/or that your upgrade missed a file?
The two files in question are cforms.php and js/cformsadmincal.js – you could even just replace these two and see if it doesn't work.
Paul.

Oliver, Paul,
Removing the jquery calls from the head.php of the template fixed it!
Thanks very much!

Hi Paul,
I tried what you suggested, but still no calender. I'm wondering, maybe it's because I'm still on WP 3.1.3?
I've gone back to v11.9 which is fine and does everything I want – so I'm happy and thanks again for the prompt response.
Sweetrobot – which version of WP are you running? were you experiencing the same issue I had?
Thanks
Chris

Yes, cforms v12+ requires WP 3.2+, primarily because WP chose to go with jQuery 1.6+
Sorry for the broken backwards compatibility, but that is the route WP chose to go.
Paul.

Hi,
I'm using WP 3.2 and the latest cforms version (12.2)
But i'm not seeing the JS date picker on my form. I checked the page source and comparing with some other sites I'm not seeing some code on my page (as its in here).
http://thebeautifulh…..ontact-us/
So, probably I need to activate something else or I'm missing something on the configuration, but my website doesnt have the JS code I'm seeing on the website I'm using here as an example.
Thanks for pointing me to the right direction
