Please replace the ??? with your data!

[desc]:
_ I want that people in my firm can manage the data I collect thru your form but... it never arrive at destination

My mailbox provider = projects@millennium2015.com I made a redirect in the control panel of my provider to the final destination = objectifsdumillenair@loterie-nationale.be in my firm

Now the strange part:

I receive the data correctly in the mailbox of my provider but the redirect to my firm give me an error mssg (see at the end). But if from the mailbox of my provider I make a forward to the maibox in my firm ...it works

Remark: you will see an error: Mail rejected for container policy reasons - well there are no filter on that adresse and again If I manually forward the mail  from mailbox provider to mailbox firm no problem. Thus how can it happen ? I am desesperated because I cannot autmated the process and people have to come outside the firm on a webmail to check the data of a form. That's normally not allowed by our security policy inside our firm. How to resolve that ?

The error messg:

This message was created automatically by mail delivery software. A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed: gerard.delwiche@loterie-nationale.be SMTP error from remote mail server after end of data: host mail1.loterie-nationale.be [212.8.189.2]: 550 5.5.0 Mail rejected for container policy reasons. ------ This is a copy of the message, including all the headers. ------ Return-path: <projects@millennium2015.com> Received: from root by supremecenter103.com with local (Exim 4.63) (envelope-from <projects@millennium2015.com>) id 1KvCku-00040J-88 for gerard.delwiche@loterie-nationale.be; Wed, 29 Oct 2008 15:14:44 +0000 To: gerard.delwiche@loterie-nationale.be Subject: Re: Your note From: projects@millennium2015.com Reply-To: admin@millennium2015.com MIME-Version: 1.0 Content-Type: multipart/alternative; boundary="----MIME_BOUNDRY_main_message" X-Sender-uid: 69088 Message-Id: <E1KvCku-00040J-88@supremecenter103.com> Date: Wed, 29 Oct 2008 15:14:44 +0000 This is a multi-part message in MIME format. ------MIME_BOUNDRY_main_message Content-Type: text/plain; charset="UTF-8" Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable Dear Hercules, Thank you for your note! This seems to be an issue you'll have to take up with your company data security dept. It seems that some security settings prevents the mail from getting through.

  • You can try and disable HTML in the email.
  • You can try and disable the 'Include data..' options.

Not sure if it makes a difference but worth a try.
