Database changes from install?

Just wanted to say that this is a fantastic looking plugin for Worpdress! I do have a question regarding the installation though. When activitating this plugin does it make any changes to the database in any way? If not, when deactivating it can does it revert my blog to is previous state (intact)? Thanks.

Yes, when you activate cforms it saves plugin specific data in wp_options.

When you create new forms, this data is also saved in wp_options.

If you like to completely uninstall cforms, delete ALL CFORMS DATA (it's an admin gui option: see Plugin Settings) and THEN deactivae cforms. This will clean out all data stored in wp_options by cforms.
