Please replace the ??? with your data!

[desc]: We have a number of forms setup with CFORMS and all of them except this form are recording data properly.


Staring two weeks ago, form submissions added an entry to the "submissions" table but not the fields table, which means we are not saving that data.


I had customized my-functions.php, but I commented that out and tested and the data was still not recorded.

The form looks straight forward.

  • Do you receive the admin email?
  • Does it look right?

Also, can rename my-functions.php to my-functions.php.tmp to just to be sure that nothing could trigger an error.

Also, you definitly "want" to upgrade to the lastet version (8.4).

I upgraded and everything seems to be working fine now.
