Hello all,

 

I want to make cforms into something like this:

Hi, my name is [your_name_field] and I represent [your_company field]. I would like to participate in [drop_down_field]. Kindly contact me on [your_email_field]. Thanks [thanks_submit]

How can I do this?

Any there any kind of template tags which allows me to embed form fields into my own html/php?

I know I can use the form labels as my text and modify the CSS into a one-line form. But the default structure makes it a bit complicated.

 

Any ideas?

Any alternative workarounds also appreciated.
