ctforms II 5.51 and IE troubles

Hello!

I have troubles with a cforms II v.5.51 form and MS IE

Sorry, page fully in Russian, but you can see it works fine with FireFox.

It doesn't work at all in IE (up to v.7) – shows an popup error mesage "page loading aborted" or WP sidebar is missed. I have some Google related Javascript code on pag, but it works fine.

I have the page checked code with W3C HTML validator and have cleaned all "my " HTML errors. However, there are few errors those probably related to ctforms  – can you help me please?

The error is not related to cforms, here is what's killing IE:
