Hello,
Thank you for the great plugin. It is amazingly powerful and has options for everything that I needed from a form.
This may be complete user error on my part, but I am receiving the "File not accepted, file type not allowed" error whenever I try to upload a .jpeg image using my form. I have tried to set restrictions on the file types within my cform panel and perhaps I am just not typing them correctly and this is generating the error. So I suppose my question is two fold:
1) How should I input my file types that I want accepted?
Currently, I have tried the following strings within 'Allowed file extensions' field:
–
.jpg, .jpeg, .tiff, .doc, .docx, .pdf
–
.jpg .jpeg .tiff .doc .docx .pdf
–
[.jpg .jpeg .tiff .doc .docx .pdf]
–
[.jpg] [.jpeg] [.tiff] [.doc] [.docx] [.pdf]
–
So maybe this is just me, but if not, here's the rest of the scenario.
2) I have tried each one of these formats with a required image upload, ajax unchecked, and uploaded a .jpeg from my desktop. Each time I receive the message "File not accepted, file type not allowed" and the form will not submit. If I leave "allowed file extensions" field empty it has no problem accepting the file, which is why I think it might be how I'm inputting the extensions, but I really need to limit the file type so I'd like to figure it out. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you in advance,
Klara
