I cannot get this plugin to work. I am using WP v2.2.3 with the newest Firefox, IE and Safari.

I have tried everything I can think of, and cannot make the form show up on the contact page. Thoughts?

Have you tried using the TinyMCE cforms button (hand symbol) and not enter any info in the popup dialog? This should insert (shown by an image placeholder) your default form (1st form).

By the looks of it, you simply copied the cform tag in the TinyMCE Editor, which will not work. However, copying it in the HTML code view should.

I placed the cform tag in the html code view and have a placeholder there. I am still not getting anything.
