Hei!

Thanks for your great plugin, but one question: i like to have a "clear form" button but i don´t found this feature. Is it inclused or not?

Nope. But you can create a link ('button') yourself. Simply add a text only form element, insert an <a> tag and put href to point to the URL of the form.
